Privacy Policy

Your account

We use Firebase Authentication for your email, password authentication and account identifier. We store your credit balance, subscription status and processing history to provide the service across devices. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not stored in our application database.

Photos you choose to process

When you start an AI edit, your selected photo is uploaded over HTTPS to our service and sent to Runware and the selected model provider to perform that edit. We do not upload the rest of your photo library. We strip image metadata and prepare a working copy up to 2048 pixels on its longest side before processing. Protected face areas are positions you select; we do not use them to identify people or create biometric profiles.

Input and result files are stored privately in Google Cloud Storage. Only your authenticated account can download them through our service. They stop being available after 24 hours and are removed by our scheduled cleanup, normally within a further 15 minutes. You can delete a job earlier from your account. Runware may retain temporary processing files for up to seven days under its own service policies. Deleting a PhotoRestore job does not immediately erase a provider copy or a file you have already downloaded.

We do not use uploaded photographs to train our own AI models, sell them, or publish them as examples. Provider processing is also subject to the Runware Privacy Policy. AI processing is performed on remote servers and may involve international transfers.

Downloads, sharing and saved albums

Downloaded and shared files remain wherever you save or send them. Sharing uses your device or browser share sheet; we do not publish a public photo link by default. Local mobile history remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Existing saved albums are separate from 24-hour working files and remain until you delete them. An album you explicitly make public can be viewed by people with its link.

Payments

Dodo Payments processes web subscriptions and acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. We send your account email and an account reference to connect the payment to your credits. We store customer, subscription and payment references, plan and entitlement information; we do not store your full card number. Native purchases are processed by the relevant app store and our purchase verification service. Billing providers may retain transaction information to meet their own tax, fraud-prevention and legal requirements.

Free tools, service operation and analytics

Browser-only tools such as cropping, format conversion and brightness adjustment process images locally. Their images are not sent to an AI provider. The website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for usage information, and Sentry to diagnose errors. The website no longer loads Google AdSense or displays third-party adverts. Firebase uses local device storage to keep you signed in.

We keep processing status, timing, tool selection and cost information to operate the service. We use short-lived hashed email counters to limit repeated free accounts and excessive requests; these counters expire after roughly two months. Infrastructure providers may retain security and access logs. Our application does not intentionally put photo contents, payment credentials or passwords in analytics or error reports.

Your choices and deletion

You can download results, delete recent photos, delete saved albums, cancel subscription renewal and delete your account from account settings. Account deletion removes your authentication account, private working files and saved albums. Minimal billing records and abuse-prevention records may remain where needed to process disputes, prevent repeat free allowances or comply with legal obligations. Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions in the corresponding store before deleting your account.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing the support address above. Your applicable privacy rights depend on where you live; you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We process account and photo information to provide the requested service, operational information to maintain security and reliability, and transaction records for billing and legal obligations.

Service providers

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, storage and hosting for the API. Runware provides image processing. Dodo Payments provides web billing. Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics. Google Analytics measures website usage. Sentry provides error monitoring. Apple and Google process their respective store purchases.

Changes

We will update this page when the service changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Keep the original photograph and download any result you want to retain.
