Our AI-powered photo restoration service is designed to help you restore old and damaged photos. You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy and Your Photos

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share or sell your information with third parties.

When you use our tools anonymously, the photo you upload is sent over HTTPS to our processing endpoint, which forwards it to our AI model provider (Replicate) solely to perform the requested edit. We do not save anonymous uploads to any database we operate, and the result links served from the provider's CDN expire automatically. The before/after images shown inside the tool live only in your browser's memory.

If you sign in and save photos to Albums, those images are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) Storage and Firestore until you delete them. Albums are private by default, and you can choose to share an album publicly.

The site uses Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Sentry error monitoring, and Google AdSense advertising. These services use cookies or similar identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not use uploaded photos to train AI models, and we do not sell user data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

User Content

You may upload your photos to our website for restoration. By uploading your photos, you retain all rights to your content and grant us permission to use and manipulate the content solely for the purpose of providing our photo restoration service. We handle uploaded photos as described in the Privacy and Your Photos section above.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or from any information, content, materials, or products included on our website.
